CDI offers its clients full service electronic equipment design, testing and
manufacturing. The CDI manufacturing
and prototyping facility is located in
Jacksonville, FL. This facility produces high quality, low defect, airborne and
ground-based support equipment end items. The facilities Quality Management System
is ISO 9001:2008 registered for the Design and Manufacture of Electronic Equipment
(Certificate Number IMS-12588), and is also certified to MIL-I-45208. CDI's Government
property control system is approved by Defense Contracts Management Association (DCMA),
and have many products that are approved by DCMA for Alternate Release Program (ARP).

This facility is fully equipped and staffed to support the fabrication of a single prototype
component or support the high-rate low volume production of components and / or assemblies.
CDI engineers are experienced in performing equipment testing, including first-article testing
and acceptance testing, trouble-shooting and repairing equipment, performing reverse engineering
/ obsolescence engineering and performing
demilitarization and reclamation
of electronic components, equipment, systems and assemblies.
CDI can design and manufacture new electronic components and equipment to satisfy specific
customer requirements, or manufacture to client specifications. CDI can also duplicate and
manufacture an existing electronic component or equipment and analyze existing components
and / or equipment for performance and reliability improvement, improved and more efficient
manufacturing, and / or for reducing overall production / maintenance costs.
